As an Amazon seller. You can have one of two accounts. Professional Seller. Or Individual Seller. In order to use our software-based solutions, you will need to have an existing professional account.

Amazon MWS stands for – Amazon Marketplace Web Service. By using Amazon MWS, sellers can increase selling efficiency, reduce labor requirements, and improve response time to customers.

Email Templates
We are going to provide you with a set of templates that you can use. However, everyone has a different idea as to how to communicate with their customers. Therefore, we recommend coming up with 3-5 email templates that you can use and store in our database to send out.  
Email smart keys: We’ve designed our software with built-in smart keys that allow you to insert pertinent data with your automate feedback requests. For example: Hello #customer name# Your purchase of #productName# has been shipped.
